Catherine's parents established the Dragon Inn in 1975. Mr. and Mrs. To-Ping Tsui opened the Dragon Inn and have established it as a family run business that is known as one of the finest authentic Chinese restaurants in the greater Kansas City area.
The Dragon Inn features authentic Peking and Szechuan dishes. All food is made fresh daily, and the Dragon Inn continues to use traditional cooking methods to prepare their delicious menu items.
